Yeah but then we'd never have had Fonejacker if everyone was as po faced as that.

Hes a YouTube guy, don't know much about him but his video serves a purpose, hes got plenty of money wants to buy a nice new Porsche, they wont sell him one unless he buys 3x turbo S Taycan's from which it seems he will take a huge loss of cash as their depreciation does seem to be extremely alarming!

Probably why theres load of them on the market as everyone who wants a GT3 RS is having to buy 3 of these other Porsches they don't even want!

Interesting business model.

I’d be interested to know what happens when you reach this golden customer status that allows you to spec a new GT3 RS. Do you still have to keep buying non GT cars in order to maintain your status, or once you’re up there, are you allowed to keep buying GT cars, provided that you sell your old ones back to the dealer at around list presumably?

What happens next requires lots of mouth wash.

Used to love watching Fonejacker, and still occasionally pull up some clips on YT when I need a chuckle.

An old friend has bought 8 (around £1 million spent) Porsches over 10 years and then got a PTS 922 GT3 allocation, he tried to get an ST allocation but it was a no and he wouldn't get an RS allocation either, plays golf with the DP and salesman and is really good at networking to get what he wants, but there are some very big spenders and "faces" ahead of him.

The cheapest way to get one is to pay the overs once the hype dies down after a few months.

That’s a lot to spend to get a car that trades 30k over. I think I’ll pass and wait for BMW to give me my free umbrella…

Mental isn't it, but he has the money to burn but I still wouldn't even if I could.
