I am on stock suspension. With our aggressive front lip, lowering the car will just cause me to scrape more. The wheels are gloss black and I got them from a fellow member in the member classifieds. These wheels are OEM (offsets) and the previous owner had them refinished gloss black, which I like also. If you do plan to get some, I would check the classifieds and the forum for third party sites. I cannot remember the one website I found but you can get the OEM spec 437M wheels for around $1100-$1300 a set which is better than buying from BMW.

to me the best tire size combo for 513M on F3/4 series x-drives are 235/45/18, 265/40/18. both 26.3" diameter, will provide a little more sidewall for ride and impact, more grip without affecting performance too much while filling the fenderwell gap for x-drives not lowered and getting the gap nice and tight for those that are. 235/45/18 is a bit stretched on 9" and it's the only thing i don't like about the size combo. |

Hey guys I just bought oem 437m from M2:
9J x 19 ET 29 front. 10J x 19 ET 40 rear. I have xdrive and stock suspension (335i), whats the perfect tire sizes to not break the xdrive nor scrape? 235/35 and 265/35? Or 235/40 and 265/35? Thanks. Last edited by Kimd41; 08-16-2019 at 08:20 AM.. |

235/40/19 & 265/35/19
Going to look pretty pokey & the ride height will be hideous with the stock xDrive susp set up though! |

Did you try the 245/40/19 too? I've been doing a lot of reading and it seems like these might rub. I have a 340i RWD M-sport stock, I just bought a set of 437's and I'm really itching to try the firehawks too. I was thinking 235/40 and 265/35 but annoyingly the firehawks don't come in that size for the fronts. Considering the 245/40 but worried about rubbing. Can anyone else confirm/deny that that size would work in front on a non-xDrive?

Stock tire sizes are 225/45r18 (all around if square) and 255/40r18 (in the rear if staggered). 245/40r19 are 2.7% (.7" in diameter) bigger than stock front fitment. 265/35r19 are 1.2% (.3" in diameter) bigger than stock rear fitment. 245/35r19 in front will be .8% (.2" in diameter) SMALLER than stock. The 245/40r19s in front MIGHT induce some reverse rake. I can also say that 245/35r19 don't rub at all on my lowered RWD 335.

After 7 months of stalking this thread and re-reading the posts over & over I've finally decided to pull the trigger on a set of OEM 437M's! This thread was a huge reason I decided these were the wheels for me, and I knew I had to come back to post here for the first time, thank you!

Very hard to find something forged that looks as good AND fits as aggressively on our platform. I've been wanting to change it up to aftermarket wheels, and I keep coming back to the conclusion that these wheels really can't be beat unless I want to spend at least double to triple what these cost me. I just wish they weren't so common. |

I just read all 15 pages and I have a couple questions. I'm about to pick up a set of 437s off an M3 and plan on going with MP4S tires and just want to make sure I get the correct sizes.
A lot of people on here recommend a 235/40 265/35 setup but some people mentioned slight rubbing. I plan on lowering the car immediately and want to find the best fitment and drop. - Would 235/35 265/35 with H&R Sport Springs be flush without rubbing? - What is the ideal drop/tire size combo?
