I want 275/35/19 in the rear as well as I found that the 265/35/19 a bit stretched on the wheel, maybe the Kumho Ecsta may not be the right brand tyre. Any pics of 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 on H&R Super Sport springs on the F30, not a 4 series as I feels the fenders are a bit different. I was on Blistein PSS and lowered maybe .75 -1 inch. Hard to remember exactly, but I had about 1 finger gap and plenty of room with that set up.

On a stock suspension, n55 f30. My front stick out a little bit, got my 437m's from a M4
I don't feel like lowering the car but it does look way better. What's the best tire specs? |

I want to add my contribution here, as this thread in particular is what made me go the 437M route. I opted to go with the Ferric Grey version rather than black. Thank you to alohasurftoad for all the help and guidance. Here is my setup:
- Car: 2018 340i xDrive M Performance Edition (Daily Driver) - Tire Brand: Continental ExtremeContact DWS - Tire Sizes:235/40/19 (F) 265/35/19 (R) - Suspension: Eibach Pro-Kit Euro Springs (Part #E10-20-031-05-22) w/ OEM F80 bump stops. I've been on this setup for about 500 miles now. Sorry, I know, the pictures are crap. I'll work on it. |

I'm on stock suspension, and not planning on lowering.
My current tire sizes are 255/35/19 & 275/35/19 Looked at the 437m thread but everyone is lowered, is there any way to make these less stick out, without lowering? The rears stick out and fronts also https://ibb.co/7kTrC9j https://ibb.co/J2g1Vdf |

if you want the tire shoulder to stick out less, without adding negative camber, you need to stretch 235/40/19 up front and lightly stretch 265/35/19 on the rear. the stretch will tuck the tire shoulders in more. |

Hi all
I’m new to the forum, so please bear with me. I can see this mod has been extensively discussed at length but the approach you take partly depends on what look / outcome you are looking for. Some like their car slammed, almost lowrider or touring car track-like. Some of us want a more subtle tight, autobahn eater look - with - minimal poke, tyre stretch, and a 1-2 fingers arch space with no rubbing. i’m the latter. My car is a 2015 435d xDrive Gran Coupe. It has the M sport brakes, MTec drilled discs 370mm front, 345mm rear, and BMW adaptive suspension. Currently fitted with the M442’s, but having seen how heavy these are, upgrading to a lighter set and likely non RFT tyres will make the handling sweeter. I’ve not decided which wheel to go for yet, the M763’s appear much more expensive, moving into BBS FI and OZ Ultraleggera territory, so this may influence the decision on which ones. So the question is what tyre sizes run best to keep the xDrive happy on 437’s, have the rubber nicely flush with the arches, and remain rub free. I do not intend to alter suspension, by lowering, etc. and wish to avoid using spacers. After reading through the thread the sensible option seems to be: xDrive - 235/40/19 & 265/35/19 - Michelins seem to be the poular choice here too Most of the contributors say this doesn’t look so good on stock suspension, and looks better dropped. From my knowledge ACS, H&R, etc drop the car about 20mm is that correct? With my adaptive suspension, I believe the car is lower by about 10mm from stock - is that correct? So has anyone done what I’m after and can share their experience / photos of a car with this set up, or point me to one, as my heads sppinning with so much information after reading multiple threads. Look forward to your thoughts. Thx |

https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/fo...412&order=desc And yes, tyre sizes are right and you'll get a sensible drop with those springs mentioned I'm toying with a set of 437Ms myself once Spring comes around for my RWD F31 and I'll probably keep my 18" 405Ms for winters and sell the 397s on, as they weigh a lot compared to the 405Ms and 437Ms! But I'll probably go 245/35 and 265/35 for tyres with my F31 being RWD

I put 245/40 and 265/35 Mercedes-spec (only Mercedes and Porsche in these sizes) ps4s's on my RWD which is currently sitting at stock height. I have the m sport suspension and deciding whether to pull trigger on h&r sport springs or not... would love to get them on, but will be a no go for me if it rubs |

Long term update (30k miles)
Front 19x8.5 ET30 245/40R19 Rear 19x10 ET45 275/35R19 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Vorsteiner V-FF 112 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 has worked flawlessly over 30,000 miles. This is with zero modifications, stock ride height (MPeformance/Track Handling/MPPSK). Have a bunch of parts here that I still need to install but I'm quite happy with how things are looking. I am thinking about swapping over to an even wider setup when I upgrade the turbo but will do some modifications in order to do that. This setups works great but few things to consider. You MUST go with the exact tire (has to be 8.5" front and 10" rear) otherwise you might run into issues (especially on the rear). You might get rubbing if you turn the wheel all the way to either side.

Better late than never...
Bridgestone 265/35/19R, 245/35/19F lowered on KW V2. I would like to go lower however, the roads of Kuwait are not ideal for low cars. |

Hey all, after thorough research, I also decided to pull the trigger. Bought 437M Shadow off a M4 and slapped on fresh new Michelin PS4S. Went with 235/40R19 and 265/35R19.
I have a slight issue, for some reason when I am reversing if I turn the wheel, my front driver side tire is rubbing slightly. Is anyone else getting this issue. I'm on stock M sport suspension. I also noticed that my driver front tire is like 0.5" approx. closer to the front bumper compared to my passenger side front tire. is there something wrong with my alignment? Any help is appreciated. Can post pics if need. |

Hey alohasurftoad appreciate the response. Is there anything I can do to help fix this. Is it safe to be running this or should I get coilovers and drop the car for negative camber.

You can lower with coils but eibach 5-22 springs w/f80 bumpstops would be sufficient. |
