Be aware, you should probably get the cold and warm checks coded by someone locally if you use HID's or LEDs. They will flicker occasionally, and you have a 50/50 chance of getting errors. Errors won't cause any functionality issues, but they will annoy you.

I have mine coded out and they work flawless. I've driven at night with them several times now, and I am stunned at how well they work. Go for a drive in the country where there are no street lights.
Cool got a pair. Hope they work well.

It takes roughly 5 minutes to install them and test them out. 30 minutes to frustratingly get those clips back in properly since you're shoving your arm at a weird angle and can't see inside the wheel well.

I suggest hooking up the wires and inserting the bulbs into the housing, then testing them with the car on. If it works, lock them in with the clips.

RarScaryFrosty, have you seend the flicker of the HALO or the inner LED projector after warmup? Or did you immediately coded it out after you install the EE?

I tried to stare in front of the headlight.... but after 10 minutes I got bored.... lol....

Thanks a lot for your help.

The Eagle Eyes don't look too good IMO.

I had the lights coded about 2 weeks after installing them. The only flickering I had was the inner projector that housed the LED controller board.

The guy I visited coded out EVERYTHING in the housing since I had replaced them all with LEDS, turn signals, and low/high beam. If the rings ever did flicker at all, they don't now. According to Eagle Eyes when I spoke to them in the past, the rings have resistors built in to prevent flickering, but the LED controller board just has a canbus chip, no resistors.

Good luck with a fogged headlight...We have been through this for almost a year...either retrofit the actual xenon headlights, which cost 4 grand or go Eagle Eyes for 400...period...opening headlights is never the way to go...We now all found out with the f series and later buying the lighting package is a must...unless you don't care, then you wouldn't be in this forum...

I don't have the time or the patience to attempt that, Although Eagle Eyes may not be a perfect solution, they sure look better than stock halogen.

Having said that I'm holding off for a few months to see if the new gen LED front headlamps can be retro fitted

Anyone with these get a headlight aim control failure? Do your headlights auto level on startup?

How long to aim them properly?

You'll need some special tools to aim the headlights, but they can be bought cheap unless you have a nice tool set. A right angle philips head will work wonders, or a open ended wrench that's 7 or 8mm might work. It took me 10 minutes to properly aim my headlights at night time. I just used a flash light, and parked my car 25 feet away from a wall at a buddy's house.

Some people find it easy to aim the headlights with the front hood open, others do it with the wheel well door removed since you can access the adjustment screws from underneath as well.

Any idea how much a mechanic charges for the adjustment?

I'm not sure if a mechanic could do them or not considering it needs to be done in a very dark area or at night time. If they do offer it, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes though.

That is probably the best picture. I liked them originally but that pic really looks good. Obviously oem is a lot better but for ~400$ damn!

Nice. They look real good. Do we use any extra wire harness or will the actual harness hold up?

I didn't need any extra harnesses, just straight plug and play.

Mine didn't need a harness either...Fully plug and play, also note that I am running GP Thunder bulbs. These bulbs being halogen produce no errors on the dash, eliminating the need to code, unless the led bulb check annoys you. Eventually, I will go led and code out.
For now, I can live with this look until I trade it in for the new LCI led version.

Her are more pics...Enjoy

I doubt it very highly. If people have current generation Xenons or LED lights, they could easily swap them since the wiring and coding already exists in their car.

As for us peasants who bought halogen reflectors, we'll hope and pray to the aftermarket Gods for a quality LCI clone which is plug and play.

Looks great! But also your color and the m lip set the car off a lot as well. So in combination i think it looks sweet.
