My old 320D during a few steady laps of the 'Ring as part of a tour of German car museums in 2022 (not managed to get the 335xD on track yet, but it's been there for the 24hr).

Yeah not many, Think it's around 60 D3s as well, Or was anyway. I know a few have been lost to the scrapper after being written off

What are people's thoughts on yellow DRL's I've seen a few and really like them - saw a red f31 M3 with them the other day and they looked the business. I can't figure out whether they'd look good on my white f31 though. Name: Screenshot 2026-03-21 at 10.17.53.png

Same category as the Vbars being colour changed for me, I wouldn't do either.

If the DRL's were yellow from factory, you'd change them to white

Prefer white tbh, More modern, Yellows only suit the Ikons really

Bought this last Thursday after my previous F31 was written off by a drunk driver (at 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon on her way to pick up her kid from school .... fun times).
£9.5k, Jap import, 86K, pretty decent spec, M-sport, factory M-Perf Aero kit (I think), adaptive headlights (a little bonus as the ad didn't say that), pan-roof. The only downside is it's not got a DAB - but it does have bluetooth connect and obvs would have loved the performance breaks but you can't have everything. Needs a couple of bits doing (new drivers fog light and some small paint bits looking after) but I genuinely couldn't believe how tidy things were. The engine bay is immaculate, the door shuts and hinges look brand new and underneath you could eat your dinner off. The sill plates still have the blue film on - and they don't look like they've just been added.
Py previous F31 was a 328i too but the Luxury spec and manual. This just feels so much faster and more sure footed in the corners. Doesn't roll half as much. It's a delightful drive.
Already got a list of mods I want to do, but will have to let the bank balance recover a bit first. Have been in touch with Royal Steering Wheels to get a bit of a refresh, will put a new set of paddles on at the same time. Want a set of 437's as they just suit the f31 like no other wheel. Don't think I will go lower though, the speed bumps around where I live are terrible.

Yodi the new wings & bonnet look fantastic, makes me wish I'd kept my previous F33 and given it a similar upgrade in the looks department.
