Folks, I have kinda increased my budget by a fair margin so now I have added the KW V1 to this compario;
Which of these will offer the MOST COMFORTABLE RIDE and lower the car about 1.2-1.4" max; 1. H&R Sport Springs + Bilstein B8 Shocks 2. KW V1 Coilovers 3. Bilstein B14 Coilovers. |

That's a hard question to answer. YOUR personal comfort and/or tolerance level may vary from mine/ours. You really cannot go wrong with any of those options, but unfortunately testing all 3 isn't a realistic approach (..unless you have money to burn). My honest opinion is to flip a coin! You will be happy either way you go. |

How often do you adjust your car's height?
Quote:
Perhaps #2... I don't have a first hand knowledge in the KW v1 on a F30 But before making the purchase, I think you should also be asking on how often do you adjust you ride's height if you thinking in getting a coilover: once a month/twice a month/monthly/quarterly/bi annually/yearly/<enter any time frame here>? Unless you are going for a fully adjustable coilover which provide ability to fine tune you car's height, damping and, rebound, then in my personal view, again, my personal view here, getting a set of coilover is not a cost effective option.. |

I love this set-up! Initial impressions are excellent. Full write-up coming soon. It's raining, so I haven't been able to run the car through the paces.

Also, please tell me how the ride quality is in comparison to the stock dampers. |
