I will take some night shots tonight. So far I love these lights and I am finally happy with the look of the BMW.

Here are a few pictures of the PTL headlights installed. With the 35w ballast, the headlights are to blue. After installing the 55w ballast, the headlights are more of a bright white. Also, no flickering with the 55w ballast. I plasti-dipped the grill black to match the headlights. I like how both the hi and low beams are projector lights. What is everybody using for the hi beams? For now, I have the stock halogen bulbs in the hi beams.

Wow looks great! Do you know if these will work on a 2017 320i? Just got one and not digging the halogens too much.

Here is a picture of the exposed wires from PTL's web site:

Sorry the picture quality is terrible. If you click on the link I provided, you will get a better view.

I am going to have to return my LED bulbs and go with HID's so I can at least install the ballast in a clean way without having to cut into the back seal cover of the headlights.

Right now I am just using my Philips - Diamond Vision H7 bulbs for the time being, until I decide which HID's to purchase. The projectors do make it 100% better than the OEM headlights as far as driving at night, but I know HID's will be best.

I took some photos of the headlights with my phone, so pardon the quality but I know a lot of members here want to see what they look like..

I got the black housing lights, FYI.

To those who are wondering if you need to code the car or not with these lights, I am sorry I cannot help because I had coded my car prior to the install when I had LED DRL, park lights and fog lights installed last year. So, I'm not sure if it will throw an error or not.

I hope this helps anyone who is curious about these lights.
looks great. the beam pattern is way cleaner than the usr depo's. fyi, you should raise your driver side beam. the top of the step on th ebeam should line up with the top step on the passenger side.

I agree the 55w looks way better. Do you have any night time down range pictures?

Thanks for looking out, I ended up adjusting it after I took the pic when I got home.

To those that have the headlights and have now had them for a few weeks, can we get an update? How's the quality? Any issues with condensation? I've heard that some light escapes from the top, is this a problem for you? Any other issues to note? I like the look and the price is right, just want to be sure I'm buying a quality product. Thanks!

This is from bmw2007x
1) For some reason the DRL LEDs were visible thru the gaps in between the hood and the bumper.
2) They get TONS of condensation stuck in them whenever it rains or whenever it gets humid.
3) The LED DRLs look extremely cheap as they light up with many dots like a christmas tree.

Imo the price has gone over $400
Im saving to get the depos for $700 and everyone has good reviews

Yeah once again the Depos seem to be the move. Too bad they're so hard to find

That's how the car should look from the factory. Anyone know a source for the chrome version of these? Seems like every place only has the U bar style which does not state that it would fit my 2015 328i, or state that the new style ones are out of stock. These new hexagon ones explicitly list 2015 under fitment. Sent PTL an email just in case.

It’s been raining here for the past few days and I have not had any issues with water getting inside the lights.
I still like them a lot and along with the Morimoto 55w hids they are the best mod I have done with this bmw!

Are your headlights the black or chrome version? I have a silver 328 sport with blacked out grills. A bit torn on black vs. chrome. Thanks!

The headlights are black. I painted (Plastidip) the grill black to match the headlights.
