I'm looking at a new 320d M Sport saloon at present. Any pointers as to what level current discounts are running at and typical PCP payments (8k per annum, minimal deposit)

Ideal spec is sports auto, M Sport Plus, EB, black leather, pro nav, windscreen shade band and hexagon trim with black gloss finisher.

Have you tried Drive The deal to get a rough ball park on the spec etc?

Personally I would be adding in vis pack its a 'next to nothing' PCP option.

Also there are now two dealers connected to the forum, depending on how close to buying and firm you are with what you want drop them an email or PM.

I hadn't thought about the vis pack actually. I wasn't overly fussed about the adaptive lights and the hi-beam assist, but for the buttons it costs it may be added.

Heathrow and Watford are a fair trek for me (Glasgow) and with a PX to chuck in to the mix it gets a little complicated!

The viz pack is amazing though.

For example drove from Heathrow to Wolverhampton (M25, M40, M6 etc) leaving Heathrow about 05:30am and home for around 7am.

Not a single flash from any cars and lights were working brilliantly in full adaptive mode.

Regarding discounts, as with drive the deal etc, that's a target that your local dealer has to meet.

I get my cars from Park Lane London and live Midlands.
The savings can be worth the drive or train trip.

A couple of emails won't do any harm I suppose. Add in a couple of months expected wait then shifting my PX privately may be an option

Think you've sold me on the vis pack now!

Good I do like another convert

Btw, there were better deals on the 330 than 320.

Especially when you add in paint and parking sensors.

Worth thinking about on pcp.......

I'd actually looked at the 330d, given the metallic and auto are standard, plus the PCP residual will be higher. All boils down to monthly payments I suppose.

I've not made it as far as DP and HF yet, although both are on my hitlist soon.

I remember when I bought my F10, HF were the only people in Scotland with brand new unregistered stock of the F10 so DP were just advertising deals they couldn't go through with unless you waited x-amount weeks for a build coming from Germany instead of their warehouse..

It's a Glasgow thing.

They are just too tight to put rest of letters in the names.

Fairbairn and Park

Local dealers.

DP always seemed to have the best deals advertised, but the deals on everyone's website just now seem pretty poor.

£5k down on a 318d Sport and £300 a month doesn't really float my boat.

Nail down the exact spec you are after then e-mail them and ask for their best deal, see who bites.

Peter Vardy are advertising good deals as well. Fairbairns are usless at the best of times..

For me HF have always given better deals than DP and Eastern/Peter Vardy..

I was just looking on HFs website, deals aren't great tbh but £409 p/m and £409 down can get you a 320d M-Sport X-Drive or £399 p/m £399 down without X-Drive. You missed the nil deposit deals which were the same monthlies with no deposit.

I know of others on here who have got good deals from them, but I've always been able to get them bettered easily by DP.

I've had a couple problems with them over the years though, but BMW wasn't long with them..

I've been using HF for servicing my 1er and have no complaints (to date)

Hoping to keep the monthlies below £400, and would be willing to sacrifice the SAT box if need be. I doubt I'd achieve that on a 330d

Sorry I don't look everyday all this social media stuff is new to me! Can't be sure but I would assume for end of the year beginning of next. It's all about the manufacturers support affecting the deal we the dealer will still do our end of % I'd say
