Car is also now FBO.
ER chargepipe ER downpipe CTS intercooler CTS intake AWE Tuning Exhaust with Performance Mid-pipe, 102mm Chrome Black Tips All of the installs were pretty straightforward. I was least looking forward to the downpipe, but that was actually really easy other than finding room to get that top bolt off. The chargepipe was probably the most annoying, lots of twisting, turning, and cussing. Quality and fitment on all of these parts was astounding, shoutout to CTS and ER for making great products. The sound the car makes is intoxicating, I'm essentially just trying to find reasons to drive the car. Although, on cold start now I basically wake up my entire neighborhood. |

Car is also TUNED!!
I just drove over and met the guys at tuning tech in crofton MD. Quite a hike for me since I'm on the western part of maryland, little over 90 min drive. Frank and Gabe are great guys. Took a bit more work than expected since my car had the literal most recent software since they just did the recall and power steering rack replacement. So we had to do some digging and luckily they have a handy friend who can get all those files. Had a great baseline before we got started. (this is all to the wheels) 305 HP 275.2 torque After the tune with the map we used was: 400 HP 350 torque Pretty happy with the numbers on a tune that is meant for the car since its a daily driver. Next mods will be the pure turbo inlet and the tuning tech fuel pump (i hope this goes down in price sometimes soon =P ) And that should do it until I upgrade to the pure stage 2 turbo and then stick the diverter valve that' sitting in my garage. |

It is night and day though driving the car after the tune. It's so nice to see the noticeable differences every time you do just 1 thing to these cars.
Throttle response is great, it gets up and goes hard now. I can't imagine the drive for people like f30 sixspeed that have the end product essentially with everything installed. |

I just had hernia surgery so moving around will be difficult for a bit, but once I'm healed up I'll take some pictures of everything. And I'll post the dyno graph for the tune. Interior is pretty much done as well: Installed - m3 tri stitch center armrest with CF - m3 CF ebrake with tri stitch boot - tri stitch Alcantara shift boot - raceseng red metallic weighted shift knob - m performance pedals - CF leather tri stitch steering wheel with red powdercoated steering wheel innertrim and CF M performance steering wheel outer trim |

Late to read this thread, but your car is literally a treasure on 4 wheels. The mod list should be framed.

Thanks! appreciate the kind words. I need to stop slacking and take a bunch of pictures. Holidays, having surgery, and random other life events making things difficult

Wishing you an expedient recovery so you can take the longer route home as often as you want in an awesome F30.

ditched the runflats since tires needed to be replaced soon.
Costco was luckily doing a 70 off michelin tires and free install. Roadhazards included. Pretty good deal. Have Michelin AS3s now, very nice so far. The comments from the mechanics as I got my car back were the best part of this ordeal.

The weather was finally nice, got to wash the car and make it look semi-presentable. Still, need to clean out the inside from the winter. Snapped a few quick photos.
Sorry it took so long to get some up here.

Stopped raining enough to let me clean the car and install new OEM blackline taillights, andddddd then it rained again. Upgraded from prelci to lci, wasn't too difficult. Difference is amazing. Swapped the reverse bulbs for LED as well. So all lights on the car are now LED or xenon thankfully.

Some minor mods added this past week. Excuse the dirty car and bug splatter. Wonderful Maryland weather raining every other day, hard to find a time to wash it.
Some before and afters for kidney grille change, went with dual slat CF grilles. wrapped the vbraces in red vinyl before and after for the mirrors. CF mirror caps and sequential blinkers

Literally have the same car in 8at, bmw owner for almost 20 years and I would have taken a Civic type R or STI over the f30 (now after 3 years of ownership). I find myself wanting to go back to the jap quality and longevity. Over bmw for sure.
