Side note: I bet your eb2 f30 stands out big time in SD...is it the only one in the whole state? Last edited by Kankles; 02-15-2013 at 03:10 PM.. Reason: Niceties |

I am taking delivery next week. I don't think there is any F30 MSport in South Dakota. How about Bruxelles? Has the F30 caught on there?

I've seen one other eb2 on the road (320d) but a bunch of non MSport model F30s and seeing more everyday. They love the neutral color cars here...understated elegance I guess.

Same here. Most bimmers around here are black, white or silver. Given the fact that Sioux Falls SD has about 200,000 people, you don't see a lot of BMWs. It seems to me that 5 series here are more popular than the new 3 series. Same when I drive by the dealers lot; lots of 5's, not many F30s. The vast majority of the F30s I see locally are 328s. I am yet to see an M Sport in person. Hopefully, mine will arrive next week. Again, if you find anything new about Xdrive drop let me know.

So, I pulled the trigger on a set of slightly used f30 oem sport springs (from 328istormtrooper)...we'll see how they do. It'll be a bit as the have to get shipped overseas and then I have to find the time to put them on.

Good to hear! That's awesome. so (in theory) I shouldn't have issues with the OEM sport springs I'm going to put on my 335x...

I don't see why not, so am I the only one who installed springs on their Xdrive?

You're the second person I know of on the forum who has lowered their x and the first to just do lowering springs. The other was an EB2 320ix in Norway but I think he did coil-overs.

LOL, the only thing I don't like is the front sits about a center-meter higher than the rear.

Hey how much were labor+parts? and how does it ride compare to the standard suspension?
stiffer? bouncy? I have a 2013 335 XDRIVE (MSPORT but with standard suspension). I asked my dealer if they would install a used MSPORT suspension onto my standard xdrive suspension and they said no. Thanks in advance, KQ. |

Your serious? You been running springs on your xdrive with no issues and installation problems? Did you have to retrofit anything to make the springs fit since only people with RWD have been running them. I dont know why H&R wouldn't confirm fitment with xdrive.
