Brake sizes:

328i front brakes: 12.3" / rear - 11.8".
328i M sport brakes - front: 13.4" / rear: 13.6"
335i front brakes: 13.4"
335i M sport brakes - front: 14.6" front / rear: 13.6" rear
so my question is, will 18 or 17 inch rims fit over the bigger brakes?

This page was pointed out to me by Polo08816 and should show the brake /pad differences.

I was almost ready to pull the trigger on the M Performance brakes, at the dealership 2500.00 installed. But that cost does not come with the rear rotors (drill/slotted) that's another extra cost and brings it closer to the 3000.00 mark for the full upgrade despite what BMW calls the M Performance "system".

Yes the rear rotor from stock MSport to upgraded M Performance is the same diameter and the only difference will be it's drilled/slotted. But who wants that on the front and not the rear, especially if BMW is selling you an M Performance "system" So I ended up not pulling the trigger. I've never much cared for someone selling you the whole thing, but there's this other part that's extra to really be the whole thing. (personal choice)
