This. The tube network is horrible for the daily commute.

Shopping when the missus comes with me. Otherwise I'm quite efficient at it.

Online shopping, only because the returns process are such a pain.

When the moon turns blue and I step foot into a supermarket I am methodical in my approach.
I start at the first aisle and work my way to the next aisle etc. All the way to the end.

The wife will dart between random ones which are nowhere near each other.

Listening to company reps/directors lying.
Waiting for old-folks at the ATM, self-checkout tills, etc.
Being anywhere near a supermarket.
Parking somewhere where I don't have a buffer zone.
Supporting family & friends who insist on using Windows.

People who get through the till then start looking for cash or cards. You've been in the que for 10 mins ffs, be prepared to pay.
People who park right next to your nice car in their pos when the rest of the car park is empty.
People who do 40mph regardless of what the speed limit actually is.
The people in the three cars directly behind the 40mph driver who get so damn close they stop me safely overtaking while missing several opportunities themselves or not even trying.
People who flash and gesticulate when I overtake them 'cos they're doing 40 in a 60.
People who hug you, yes I know, but I REALLY hate that.

Oh, and I've been buying clothes in bulk for the last 30 years. George T shirts are good quality, when they had a deal on about 20 years ago (I think they were £1 or £1.50 each) I bought 60. Still wearing them.

Just have to make sure I don't put on weight.

I should say that my other half is not completely on board with this approach - she would prefer me to take a bit more interest in fashion, so I do try and make sure she at least likes the jeans I will be wearing for the next decade!
