I purchased from Ridgefield too, who'd you work with? They were a descent dealership, very customer focused...I liked Kelly.

I worked with Kelly Grant. Very happy with my experience thus far. I would recommend them to anyone (and I do). This is my first experience with BMW Ridgefield, so time will tell. But so far the build process, the purchase, personalized service and constant updates have definitely kept me happy and impressed. The joke is that I actually bought my f30 twice that day. I initially went to BMW of (another town), signed the papers, placed my deposit and left that day thinking that I had a car. Later in the day, BMW of Ridgefield called me back with a much more aggressive offer, got me a German allocation and promised to build the car right there on the spot. And they delivered. I left that day with a great deal, German allocation and a production number in hand. So I signed the papers again, put a deposit again, and got a BMW FS approval again. Very happy with my decision. They've been great. Last edited by Falafel Combo; 01-17-2013 at 04:27 PM.. |

Tire and Rim protection are worth it. Haggle them down -- even ask the next day about it if you want, but it takes the headache out of dealing with costs on the back side when the day come to return it.

1. You can haggle them down on insurance? Dude, you're good! 2. The way it was explained to me, the wheel and tire plan does not cover normal wear and tear, so it would not change anything upon returning the car. There is a different insurance for that. The wheel and tire plan was only for accidental damage to rims and tires (nails, potholes, bends in the rim, ...). Maybe I misunderstood. Which ones did you get? |

Azi is difficult to haggle down...but give it time, and you'll get where you want.
