OP. Love the pictures. How do you like driving manual? I am debating if this is the option I should be getting. I am worried about resale because I do plan on upgrading in the future.

Manual is always fun. My Gti was dual clutch and I used the paddles for the first year and then I just kept it in D so this time I was like I am sticking to Manual. I dont believe in sacrificing fun so that the next owner can get what they like...meaning don't buy an automatic because of resale value to please the next owner. Plus I was looking for a used manual e92 on the certified pre own site and they are priced almost the same as buying an f30. I think the 6spd are going to be so rare that the driver looking for one will be willing to pay more.

Go see Mark Wang at Lauderdale BMW and let him know Ric sent you. Also submit your build on edmunds.com and truecars.com to all dealers in the area. You could probably negotiate a price and also do the drive usa promo for an additional $1000 off. Also remember broward tax is 6% vs miami 7% so you save 1% already.

Thanks Ric124! I will contact him this week. I've been itching to purchase but work have been pretty crazy past few months so I have not had time to even look. I have my choices narrowed down to 3 but BMW is top of my list. COuld you give me more details about the USA drive promo. I found a link from the forum but when I enter my FL zip code it only shows dealers that are 700+ miles away. It might be the wrong site. Do you have the link for enrollment? Great tip about the taxes. Also I heard $500 for BMWNA, not sure if there is delay to take advantage of the yearly discount.

I did most of my negotiating by email after submitting through those sites. I actually end up ordering on a Saturday when I was free and not in a rush to do anything.

I talked to Mark today. Apparently the discount for the test drive is over and BMWCCA as you stated requires one year of enrollment. Hmm a little disappointed will see how the actual numbers will be before making a decision. My current choices are 335i, x3 and Audi a4 or a6. Waiting on hearing back from Audi to see what they have to offer.

I thought your choices would have been 335i vs S4 but your selection is confusing me a bit.

Hey Ric,
Quick question: if I plan on getting the H&R Sport Springs for my F30 (most likely 335i) is there any point on getting the sport suspension? The sport suspension is $400 and the H&R Sport Springs come out to $500 (including installation). What did you do? Did you get both? The Sports Line in Canada does not come with the sports suspension; it's an extra $400 add-on. I think I'll not get the sport suspension and put on the H&R Sport Springs instead. Any suggestions?

Wow! So you got the Sport Suspension (standard on sport line), the Adaptive M Suspension and the H&R Sport Springs? Is it even safe for me to do the H&R Sport Springs on the standard suspension? I haven't done this before and want to make sure I don't do anything wrong. Thanks again for your help!
