Great Look man.....suggestions for me
I am looking to get new wheels and tires for my car. I wasn't sure what size to get. I wanted to go a bit wider than the stock ones, looking for some suggestions. Your car looks great man.

Looks really good OP!!!! I like the theme your going for, I'm doing something similar with mine.. What is the red behind your grills? I like that a lot
So i also have the 403M but my tires are 225/40/19 & 255/35/19. I just bought new tires 4 months ago, my tires have less than 3K miles on them... What's the opinion of the forum my tires would fit this rims? I don't know why but tire offsets is the most confusing thing to me... |

This looks absolutely beautiful! I just picked up a 428i and have been toying with doing a setup like this or going with the vertini RF1.1 wheels in 20's. These wheels give it such a cleaner look!
Do you experience any rubbing up front when turning and hitting the brakes? Just worried about it messing with the fenders if the nose dibs under braking in a turn. |

What shop did you find that would put the 225/35 on a 9" rim & the 255/35 on the 10" rim? I have visited at least 8 tire/wheel shops & no one will touch it. Part of it is they dont' want to mess up an OEM M3 wheel b/c of the cost to replace it. The most they will go is a 245/35 front & 265/35 rear. All i keep hearing is the tire size won't change the 9x29.. i just want to say.. no sh!t...
Ironically enough the dealer was going to do it for me. I would really, really like to see some closeup straight on to see the stretch of the tire? I can't tell if it's b/c they all want to sell me tires or they really think it's not safe. They all warn the rim will be really exposed meaning no curb protection. Do you have this shot? |

So 235/265 are the magic numbers with these 437m wheels?

Just to add on, I am lowered on KW V3 and it does not rub at all!
F235/35/19 R265/30/19 I will just keep the sizes as it is. Very slight poke up front and the rears are amazing! it barely clears the rear m performance brake caliper, but that will work! |

Hey everyone,I havent been on the forum in awhile. To answer your questions, I did my setup bcuz I had the tires from 403M wheels (which I still have and want to sell). I read 235-35-16 / 265-30-19 works clear as well. I have not tried it myself. people even claim they have done stock m4 rims on 3 series with no troubles, not me. I tried the set with the stock tires, they were rubbing like a mofo with no passengers. I'm lowered on H&R lowering springs.
I will take the straight front picture to show you guys "how strecthed" the tires are, there is barely any rim protection if any.. I curbed my right side wheels, but it was not because of curb, I had to swerve from an animal crossing the road, went on to curb.. I will post pics as soon as I can.. EDIT: I got new exhaust on too, I will add more pics.. |

Got mine mounted today. Absolutely love them. I really stressed out about the aggressiveness and the "poke" on these. Had some pretty serious buyers remorse when I test fit the rear wheel without a tire. Once they were on that is a non issue. They look like they are custom made for this car.
400M vs 437M This is the angle that's deceiving. If you set your eye on the same plane as the flat part of the fender, right above the tire, there is only the slightest bulge of the sidewall proud of the fender. Difficult to photograph with a phone. |
