Must be nice getting 93 octane at sea level. Can't wait to move back to Austin and run this tune lol.

That is alot of torque. On AWD that's probably a murderous 60 foot and 1/8 mile. For me, I need to get those new tires simultaneously to getting the stage 3 and trans tune (not sure which trans tune I want yet stage 1 or 2) cause i have a 340i. any suggestions?

The Stage 2 is more set up for RWD vehicles. (I asked this same question yesterday)

I know there is major variance between dynos but I can see this thing easily putting down 400whp/530wtrq on a dynojet.

And with ESC off, you can definitely still get the rear to come around when you want to. |

Stage 3 Correction: it looks like the originally posted 372 HP and 501 TQ are simulated crank numbers. Kind of a bummer... I'm feeling the Mustang heartbreak!
But that's ok, because it's really putting down 360 WHP & 441 WTQ on Stage 3. Still pretty good! This still begs the question of my true wheel power numbers on Stage 2. I'll be able to share that next week when they look it up for me. |

However they're "simulating" it is quite flawed, since 360 whp is going to be much higher than 372 at the crank. Regardless, 360 on a Mustang is likely about 400 SAE on a Dynojet, so that's great.
I'd still like to see a RWD Stage 3/TCU flash/catless DP on a Dynojet. I'm hoping for maybe 415-420 SAE.

Does anyone really understand what Alex is doing to the trans to get these numbers? I actually tried calling him, but he wasn't too thrilled at the idea of sharing what it is that he was doing in terms of software. I get it, but I'd like to know what he's doing to my car before I purchase? lol
PS We just did a road trip over the holidays and put roughly 3000 miles on the car from SoCal up to WA. The car did a respectable 28 MPG there and back, with a bit of fun time in between. Pretty impressed! PSS CA 91 is awful. |

Simple terms : raising torque limitations. Trans has torque limitations from the factory and Stage 2 is able to hit these limits. If you raise them safety you can hit higher numbers. |

I think the Stage 2 runs were 359whp/431wtq last time. |

Well if 359 is crank then the tune only gave 4 hp over stock?! I think something is amiss...
