I can call the 800# and they have the info, so I know it is on the system. |

In Weaselboy's case and mine, we have the LCI F30 on order, which is yet to begin a production cycle. Based on this, my guess is that Owners Circle will start showing information closer to week 29. |

My order is a 2016 F36 (435i GC). 2016 F36 was supposed to go into production on 7/15 but evidently they started production early since my estimated completion is 7/1. Mystery deepens in my case. I entered the last 5 digits of my vin to add it to my profile and now I can't log in. There is an esign page that pops up and no matter how many times I accept, it does nothing. I created a new profile and same happened. I'm locked out of the site. Emailed the webmaster and got no reply. My CA has been sending me updates but I really wanted to track it on the web site. Well, production completes in two days. No point fretting about it any more! Let's hope I will have better luck tracking the sea voyage to California.

I just found a useful url for west coast deliveries. The following url from w&w logistics is the only web site I have been able to find that lists ships headed for port Hueneme.
http://www.2wglobal.com/webapps?url=...ppSchedules%2F My order is still awaiting transport out to Bremehaven. Keeping fingers crossed it will make the 7/11 voyage arriving at port Hueneme on 8/5. If not, there is another ship coming this way two weeks later on 7/25. |

Does anyone know the VPC for Austin TX? Is it shipped to Brunswick GA and processed in Atlanta?
If the port of entry is Brunswick GA, I think my car is likely to be on one of these ships: 1. Torino (WW) 2. Intergity (WW) 3. Tosca (WW) 4. Galveston Highway (K-Line) 5. Brasilia Highway (K-Line) |

Mine does the same when I use the standard site, but can login and see the tracker (still shows "order documented") on the demo site. The demo site has security issues and is slow as hell. |

So here's a question for all of you... I placed my order back in late June, and apparently my car is going into production sometime last week of July/first week of August. My CA keeps insisting that I won't have a production number until it actually goes into production, but that doesn't seem to jive with what the experiences I've been seeing on here. Is this accurate?

It is impossible for them to order a car for you and have a production week assigned unless they have a production number. When the order is placed and accepted by BMW, the dealer can access a Vehicle Inquiry Report (mine is attached) and give you a copy. It shows your order and the production number. If they cannot produce this for you with the production number, you do not have a car ordered with BMW period. |

I emailed BMW. They told me to call BMWFS. So I did. They transferred me back to customer support. Who can't figure out what is wrong. I'm guessing it'll magically fix itself when the 340 gets posted to BMWUSA
