i dont think runs with ~ 1.5g spikes can really be considered valid despite what dragy says, you need a lot more than 700whp to actually pull 1.5g @ 60+ mph.

Good news new PR 10.3 @134.5mph
Bad news it was 88 degrees outside, DA was 2300 and my IAT were 110 degree’s starting lol. I just got to wait till it’s winter time here in Florida so I can see what she can do in clean air.

Here’s the draggy video

let off too early and coasted through the finish but it's a 9 so i'll take it

really happy with this for full-weight, no prep whatsoever on 20" ps4s.

Yowza, fantastic 60ft. Better than I can manage on drag radials how are you launching her?

nothing too special really but the trick that i found that works for me is to go early, well before the system gives the launch active notice. If i hold it too long it launches with too much torque and just spins and i'll get a 2.7-2.8 0-60 (not sure on the 60ft but not good i'm sure). Looking at my logs i'm leaving at 2800-2900 rpm. i actually just went out once more to back it up, wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke run

Thanks for the tip, I’ll have to give that a try. I’ve been waiting for it to say it’s ready and like you said it spins and is 2.7+ with a 1.7 60 ft. Nice runs!

What would you guys say is the major contributing factor for the over 1/2 a second time difference? Temp? I have the same basic mods, full weight, and my best time has been 6.39

Weather is a huge factor but your DA is better than mine on these runs so i don't think it's the issue here. Slight incline vs slight decline not helping you either but you are losing a lot of time in the first 60-100 and you are flat on that part, based on the Gs you are pulling you might just not be tuned as aggressively. I'm assuming you are starting in 3rd gear you should be pulling around .9g at 60 and you seem to be a bit off from that. Drag mode in XHP is also about .2s faster (again when starting in 3rd) in my experience (compare the 60-130 i posted which is with drag mode vs the 1/4 mile i posted after is without drag mode) if you aren't already using that. Share the log from your best run if you can.

Here is the 6.39 log:

https://datazap.me/u/fmonteiro444/8-...ta=2-3-9-20-21

This is a Westtuned E40 map 30-31psi. Runs super smooth and hits hard. I did a 6.5 right after this one back to back.

I also have a Motiv tune that's E50 36psi, hits hard AF but 6.5 is my best time.

Full mod list:

Car type - 23' G80 xdrive
Fuel type - E45-50
Tune information - Westtuned/Motiv MHD E tune, xHP Stage 3 w/drag mode
Exhaust/intake modifications - RK catless DP, AA single midpipe, RK front mount intakes
Road surface - street
Other modifications - KW HAS, stock fuel system full weight

couple things that stand out to me, and just to be clear i am not an expert at this -

i think you would do better to shift a little later 3-4 and 4-5

you're only hitting 28psi in 3rd and 29psi in 4th

as compared to my car you are seeing quite a bit lower torque values, up to 100nm less across the entire 60-130. i'm not sure if that is the amount being targeted as you don't have the torque target in the logs.

I was using custom max rpm settings. Shifting sooner gave me 0.3 faster when I was on JB4. I'll try 7,000 and I'll add torque request. I appreciate the help. I also think it has something to do with MHD not being full flex fuel. I'm switching to BM3 very soon.
