Id like to change to non runflat and do the rears later. Is it wise to run non-runflat on the front and the original runflats on the rear or do I have to change all 4 at the same time?
Recommended to change all four tyres if you move to non run-flats. I'd rate changing "all four" more important on the xDrive, to ensure keeping the RC and tyre logic in tolerance. You don't want warranty issues, if you have a drivetrain fault due to mixing tyre types, do you?

Reading this thread and am amazed. 25k out of a set of tyres for a 335d! That's fantastic. I got 9000 miles out of my golf R.

Is 25k realistic? I don't drive like a nut case.

Well maybe a little.

I changed my fronts at 23000 miles and the backs at 25000 miles I thought that was good.

I got 36k out of my first set of Bridgestone RoF's. They were down to 3mm at that point, but I changed them because the inside walls were shot to shit.
I was doing a lot of motorway driving, so no real stress on the tyres though.

Another 335d driver getting around 25000 miles out of rears and slightly less out of fronts. Just changed my fronts at 46000 so around 23000 for them. Outer edge wearing particularly on the passenger side. I reckon if the fronts were swapped over at around 12000 miles they would last the distance. Just changed brake pads all round today as well at 46250 miles. I think the 335d is remarkably frugal on both pads and tyres.
