Do you have the last Gracenote DB?

Also, do you have any idea which is the last system software update? i Have:

Multimedia: MX-003.005.004
Telephone: TX-003.005.008

It's version is Gracenote-DB_for_CIC-HIGH_07-2015, from 9 years ago. You have something even older on cars?

I have no idea on MX/TX version. If your phone Bluetooth connection works, updating MX/TX won't get you anything.

I currently have GNDB HDD Version: 1- 02/10
So your DB will be more up to date.

And yes, my phone works and it seems the commbox software I have is the last one.
