Could I kindly ask for your help to get the ISTA+ link? I'm having some issues with my F30 328i regarding idling issues and it seems to be a bit complicated. I just cleaned the air sensors and throttle body/valve and did a manual adjustment (by turning on diagnostic mode, full throttle for 30 seconds including kick down button and then waited for 2 minutes and then started the car) but when I was cleaning the parts, I realized that there were oil in my vacuum reservoir in the engine cover. Cleaned and dried it too but the issue remains. Hoping to get some diagnostics from the ISTA+ so I can save some money in return for my time and effort. I'd appreciate if anyone could DM me the link. I've been a lurker and learner for several years and several BMWs. Up until now, I've been able to get away with using Bimmerlink and Bimmercode. I recently bought a new-to-me, 2018 F36 440i and am having EVAP CEL issues. I replaced the purge valve (which was stuck open) and the gas cap (which looked pretty worn), and haven't been able to clear the CEL with Bimmerlink. I've driven the car around for about a month, and the CEL is still there, so I did a smoke test and have no leaks.

I live in a no-emissions state, so unfortunately, the extended EVAP warranty doesn't apply to me, and I really don't want to have to go to the dealer and pay for a reset. My account is too new to PM.
