I think the U-D & L-R adjusters move both the dipped beam (projector) and main beam (reflector) at the same time. (L-R adjuster photo attached) If that's the case, I'd expect to see the main beam pointing slightly to the left (viewed from drivers seat) when fitted and adjusted.
Not sure what the cover UKF30 has highlighted is for, but it's the wrong side for adjusting the main beam, and I can't see any mechanism behind it in the guts of the light. |

Hello again, so could anyone advise me on what full beam bulb I should have to match the rings? I don't want to pay over £70 but £70 under is fine!!
Also the HIDS doesn't seem to reach far out for me they're 35w 5000k has anyone got any solutions or maybe other headlights bulbs I should buy before I change the bulbs on the 20th? 😊 |

After trying to butcher them with a set of pliers failed to get them to hold securely I ended up cutting the DEPO ones so I could fit them over the HID wires. This worked well, the HIDS are now held securely with a well fitting clip. |

The only thing is that the hid bulb is a bit of a tight fit on the original holders even with cutting a gap in the side for the wires.
The hid bulbs are a better fit in the proper hid holders |

i used HID 5000k 35w as recommended by BrennanF30 and i bought from this website
http://www.hids4u.co.uk/H7-HIDS4U-St...rsion-Kit.html You can buy cheap ones but you need to ask question WHY ??? These HIDs come with fitting clips which is already cut in middle to fit wires . H7 PLUG wires from Headlights are Yellow/Black HID wires are Black / Red You need to connect Black wire into black and Red into Yellow (you should see Red/Black wires in Pic) if i hadn't fitted mine i would have made a little video but these fitted now but i can help answering whatever you need to know mate. Buy HIDs from this company and you should get fixing clips with them , clips from Headlights easy to clip off and replace them with new ones let us know how yous get on |

I bought the HIDS4U clips and they weren't a good fit at all. The ones that come with the Stealth kits may be different. Hence my adapting the DEPO ones. HID bulbs should be held tight in the housing with no movement.
The DEPO ones fitted perfectly in the housing once I'd made a small cut in the outer part of the clip to allow it over the HID cables. FWIW I used a hacksaw and had to file off the rough edges before trying to get it over the HIDs. I guess different HID clips will all have slightly different shapes, so YMMV Last edited by 6times7; 01-15-2017 at 05:43 PM.. |

i fitted 35w which is best option as matches rings and gives more OEM look. all i would say just take your time fitting HIDs and make sure bulbs are secured. 6times7 i don't know why your HID clips didn't fit probably bad batch but at least you made it work . Get lights fitted guys and start showing off |

Eurowagens have been told by DEPO to advise customers against using 55W HIDs in these. The guys who have changed to 55W, have done so at their own risk, they may be fine in the short term but they risk damaging their projector lenses in the long term. |
