So I downloaded NBT M Bootanimation 1920*720 on the first page but the folder does not contain NBT M Bootanimation but others

I have no idea what you've downloaded but I just double checked that and when I clicked NBT M boot animation I was taken to my MEGA share where both 480p and 720p animations are M animations.

I don't know, maybe you've download multiple files, mixed them up and ended up with file names like bootanimation(1).zip. Regardless of that, I assure you there is nothing wrong with the download link nor the files.

It's a string indeed but from the Android OS framework. It has nothing to do with KSW stuff. You can try to install it manually - just open up the script in any text editor and see what commands are being used.

On first page there is a .apk installer for deleting this message , this apk did not work on mine, i opened it with decompiler and this is what it shows, you told me up to install it manually, how? What do you mean by open up the script?

It did not work or it did not install, because that two completely different things.

If you decompile the overlay you will see nothing because this is exactly what it is meant to do - replace phone is starting text with nothing.

install-windows.bat - that's the script, if you know how to ready it you can type these commands yourself instead of relying on the script. If you need a bit more help, here is my video but you will have to adjust these commands (file location on your disk and package name as per the script).

i was just installing the apk manually from an sd and it gives app not installed,
i tried now to install it from my laptop with the installer it worked ok,
can we only delete the name phone and leave "Starting..."

I can't be really bothered changing now every language to keep "starting" part of the string, besides that defeats the purpose of having this removing overlay in the first place. If you really want to modify it, here is the source, feel free to change whatever langue you want and compile it using included script (Java's JDK and JRE required).

hello i tried the px6 method ( since my unit only accepted .bmp file ) to change the boot animation but i get an error. I can connect to the unit, but when i run adb root this happens:

adb root
cxj said not suport, 88

i also tried going in adb shell and running su @#zxcvbnmasdfghjklqwertyuiop1234567890,. (which seams to be the default user for some chinese navs) but it's saying that su is not found ( under system/bin )

Any ideas on how to pus bootanimation on device? I was thinking since the adb root is not working the best is to root it, but i fear it might brick it. How can i root it? Specs :
