I think they are explioting the M brand a little too much They launched the M Performance vehicle, now they putting M performance parts on all regular bmws??? The parts are nice, but they should have just leave it as BMW performance parts.

These accessories are not doing it for me. I might do the red/black ebrake cover seen elsewhere, and I'd like a N55 tune, but not any of this stuff...

I don't think there are enough ///M badges on it.
They should add at least 6 more wherever there is an open space. Just stick an ///M on everything. It will make people feel special, increase sales and profits, and allow the prestige of having an ///M be much more accessible to a wider range of consumers. .

Just showed my wife the pictures as she tends to be very picky when it comes to these kind of things. She loves the M-Sport, but this, not so much lol.
One of the things she just said is "I would never ever put any ///M or ///M Performance anywhere if I don't have the real thing or cannot afford it". Besides the disgruntled feeling of having it say ///M everywhere, she mentioned a good point: The black skirts actually make the F30 look a lot smaller than it really is. At least on the pictures that is. Not to mention the "stupid stripe" she said, because "besides it looks like a ricer, it looks like an American muscle car like a Mustang, you don't put this on a nice car, on a classy car such as the 3 series" ... "It's not a cheap ass car that you need to make a lot nicer, it's nice already.. if you need crap like this to make it nicer, you better buy a stupid ass crap ricer or muscle car. You don't need to do much to make these cars nice". Btw, just as an example, here's what her old M3 looked like.. I think you can agree it looks awesome with just minimal mods on the looks: I'm much more easy to please than my wife when it comes to these things but the result is there if I look at the old M. That was one beautiful car with minimal mods in the looks of the car (black grille, smoked corner light, diff exhaust (for those with sound issues, you would've loved that one), sweet rims and several other minor things). Looking at the pictures, I'm kind of sad right now when I think about the fact that we sold it several years ago |

+1.
Performance exhaust and brakes (woooo), but the rest is all COMPLETELY cosmetic. Ooo...put some velvet and the M logo on the dash and sell it for what is likely $800+. And the black kidney grills are sure to take 1.0+ sec off your 1/4 mile time. From what I saw in the pics, "///M Accessories" = huge factory profit for cosmetic mods. |

Not that it makes much of a difference since judging by the numerous "OMG Bmw is now putting ///M badges on non ///M cars!!" posts, im thinking that no one is reading our posts anyways...

Looks Amazing! I have contacted my dealership already but they said it won't be available until April which is weird because a lot of things I have read on the internet say production for the M-Package's on 335i will start in July.
Just a question if any of you guys are willing to speculate. I am looking into getting both the M-Package and the M-Performance Parts for my 335i... what do you think this will cost all together (obviously it will be fully loaded, Navigation etc.) I am guessing 60-65k... |

Agreed, instead of spending so much extra on a car, just to make it look like a fake M, one might as well get the real deal instead for maybe even a lower price in the end lol

I was thinking the 2014 M3 was going to cost 80+ thats why (my initial thought was to get one but wait for the new design in 2014).. I wasn't going for the fake M3 look by the way....I'm a big fan of the 335i models, had an 08 with M-tech.
