Did you try saying no, walking out of the finance manager's office and leave the showroom? No dealer wants to lose a customer at the last minute.

I purchased and been servicing my 330ix series at Habberstad in Bayshore but I see Huntington location in the list. Then George, the service manager who was excellent is no longer with Bayshore. We just added 228ix to our household that was purchased at Rallye (which is in the list) and were fantastic thru the whole process. We tried Bayshore when we were shopping for the new car and the sales person was horrible and I doubt will go there again. I am thinking of changing service location to Rallye since we will be going there with the new car anyway.

I was hoping to find a FL dealer on here.. but I’m not really surprised there are none.
I live in Miami and started reaching out to multiple dealers regarding a new G87 allocation last year. Braman BMW quoted me a $15,000 markup and South BMW a $5,000 markup. Fort Lauderdale BMW finally offered me MSRP in October of last year which I immediately jumped on. I’m number 28 on their list and I’ve been told I might not even receive an allocation this year I’m sure I could expand my search and find an earlier allocation at a dealer further away but I’m not trying to take a road trip for all of my service and repairs I really hope car manufacturers are able to sell direct to consumers in the future and just certify shops for repairs & maintenance. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to buy a new vehicle at MSRP. |

Being in Florida for this ride feels more challenging. Leaving all my Ohio dealers when we moved is also tough since I have no knowledge of “good” and “bad” dealers down here. I was really hopeful to see at least one Florida dealer on the list to get my bearings. |

Let’s start with the 5 hour oil change approximately 4 months ago.
Then last week I picked up a nail, front driver’s side. Called the dealership, receptionist answered, switched me to service, service advisor said something incomprehensible to me, switched me to parts, then parts switched me back to service and we were disconnected. I called again, receptionist now seemed agitated at me for calling back, she switched me to service. The same advisor picked up and placed me on hold. I think I am still holding… I gave up and ordered the tire at Pep Boys who gladly accepted my Allstate warranty. Cost me nothing out of pocket. Was out in less than an hour. |

BMW of Ft. Lauderdale stayed at full MSRP and didn't try to rape him like some of the other dealers you have mentioned that are in our area were doing. In addition when he first was put on their list he was told the wait for a M3 was about a year and the M3 Competition was a year and a half. He took delivery in only 8.5 months (time on the list until the actual order placed was about 6 months and an additional 2.5 months for production). Many people on these lists drop out when their turn comes to actually place their order and they usually move quicker than what your salesman first quotes to you. By the way, you can take your car to any dealer while under warranty and be covered. |

So far I have had two oil services done on my wife's 2021 228i and one oil service on my 2022 Z4. I booked all three visits in advance with my SA either by emailing or calling his direct phone number. All three oil services took approximately one hour and I simply waited in their lounge area until they were finished. In addition I have a tire and wheel plan on my Z4 and in the last year had to replace two Michelin Pilot SS tires because of nails I picked up driving locally on the horrible streets in Miami. Both times I called my SA directly, he confirmed he had my Michelin BMW Star tires in stock, told me to come over and he took care of me in about one hour at no cost to me. By the way, did I say that your dealer sucks? |

Price is plus tax, tag, title, registration, any dealer-installed accessories and dealer-provided benefits, and a pre-delivery service fee of $1198, Private Tag Agency Fee of $189, and Electronic Registration Filing Fee of $199, which charges represent costs and profits to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale." I asked, its a brand new car how much cleaning does it need? No answer.

I noticed that too. I thought at least another 1 might be on the list. I bought my G30 from Bill Jacobs and it's been a good experience overall.

Surprised Fields BMW didn't make it. I didn't buy a car from them but the team there was nice overall.

Bill Jacobs is the best one I’ve dealt with. Their service is great. I tried to see if they could match the broker offer I got on both my wife’s X3 and my Z4, but unfortunately they couldn’t. I do recommend them though.

And finally Braman BMW is no longer on the list despite obviously not deserving to make the cut. I guess BMW decided they were done patronizing Braman after the bogus lawsuit was filed against BMW.

I totally agree and as stated in my previous posts I have had nothing but very positive experiences dealing with BMW of Ft Lauderdale in both their sales and service departments. Their GM is wonderful and will get directly involved when you contact him with an issue.

By the way, you are correct, South Motors and Vista Motors are part of the the same company. They also have Mini, Infiniti, VW, and Honda dealerships.
