you have EVO ID5 unit and need to install EVO map.

you have two options:

1. buy yearly subscription from BMW
2. patch the nav unit with ENET cable and windows computer ->lifetime map update, full screen CarPlay, Video in motion, BMW Apps.

for option no2. post your email address here and people will offer you their services

you need to provide your VIN first and then ask questions. You can never have two maps in the same time., only one at a time .

for some maps it s easy to change region, for other it s more difficult (=expensive)

Hi

your car needs EVO map and since it has an ID5 unit then it needs to be patched in order to install lifetime map, CarPlay, Video in motion. for patching you need ENET cable and windows computer ( an buy the patch of course)

Try and install map. If it installs without asking for FSC Code, you are good to go.

i hardly believe anyone put a ROUTE lifetime code into your car. You have Road Map EUROPE Route 2016-2 (As of: 14-Jul-2020) and you need an activation code to install 2022-2 version
