Insane M3, M4 deal for forum only. Limited supply

I actually searched this thread but the app would load or I had poor wifi in ol USofA (not sure I'd mentioned i was in Florida..much?

So I think I'm building right now. I was the status just before paint shop a couple of days ago....

....then my local dealer emailed me to offer a stock M2 that a customer had not taken...thought it over again for a bit. No way! It's still going to cost more than a nicely loaded M3 CP. This deal on the TRL M3s is fantastic.

Car at the end of the month or likely early July.

dopper99 double collection?

I also realise I jumped about a bit on colour too. Ended with a Silverstone2 exterior, CF trim and Sakhir Orange Full Leather interior.

Canny wait lads.

I might try that later, however privacy settings are folder level restrictions, whereas tag metadata is at file level, so likely not, unless Photobucket strips metadata when privacy settings are used.

Well I did say I might be wrong.

Interestingly though, if I look at a photo I've taken on my computer I can see the GPS data, but on the same photo uploaded to Photobucket I cannot.

Little exercise where was this taken?

Yep thanks Brigand for the heads up, I'll be taking care on posting pics in the future. Sod the pics I've already posted, would take a long while to find, edit and re-upload those.

Don't suppose there is a quick way of finding uploaded pics? That's the good thing about something like a photobucket, at least they are all in one place. I've never used it though.

Yes actually. You can go to settings on the PC version and quickly view every attachment you ever put on the forum.

Try these photos:

The second was uploaded after I changed my privacy settings in photobucket. Under privacy I ticked the option "When I upload, permanently remove information about where my photos were taken".

Hopefully going forward I'll be ok, for previous one's I'll probably leave it unless someone knows a quick way of changing what I've already uploaded.

No GPS data, just that you took the photo on 3 June.

Although not sure how private / protected your Photobucket is supposed to be.

Yep - receive it end of the month - it went 5505 on 01/06.
Its actually for my brother but I did the deal for him - we carshare all the time as we work together so I will be driving it loads as he does my 335d.
Selling a 2010 CL63 AMG if anyones interested - will post in the classifield soon.

If you want to leave the GPS position tagging enabled on your phone/camera but just remove the data for uploading to public forums then this is the tool I use:

Please be aware that using Windows explorer for editing exif data does not usually remove GPS coordinates in my experience.
