He was making some $$$ so happy I didn't buy them because I would have never sold the car lol! You should do the H1 and match in the other... Just for looks of course. If the headlight didn't give me such a hard time at removing, I would have taken them off and attempted to move mine back as well... I do have a second back up set after all... Hey Bienarcis, how easy was it to reheat and take apart with the new sealant?
That's a damn good price for a quad setup if it includes oem headlights. The quad biX projectors I'm thinking about getting will be that much at least (good quality ones). Now your itch is back? lolz...

I'm pretty sure the headlights were sealed with Butyl rubber which is NOTHING like permaseal haha... Either that or Bienarcis really must hate you

I almost have my spare halogen headlights open (what a PITA ). I've got Bienarcis acrylic rings, my iJDM LEDs, so i'll need two sets of Morimoto Stage III mini H1 Projector Retrofit kits which includes the Morimoto XB35 Ballasts and H1 XB 5500 Xenon bulbs. And then a bunch of 9006 HD relays and some high/low beam splitter cables for the quad set up should finish it up.
This will be sick!!!!

I've had someone suggest that before, but I'm just a poor college student so I can't really go out of my way to buy xenon lights haha. Maybe if I find a cheap set.

LOL! the halos are SUPER bright especially at night. But they aren't usable since the light isn't focused so it's just for looks lol
haha likewise! when I have the chance to drive down ill be your guenie pig!

Angel Eyes Wanted

Is there a chance I can get a set of Angel Eyes. I don't have stock OEM Xenon, however I installed Xenon Headlights and Fog lights Canbus 6000k 45W. IF so how does the process work, I am doing a lot of work to my car recently and I would love to add Angel Eyes

After these lights I might just have time to finish the rest of the DIY I've been trying to work on, hopefully lol. It's just a lot of work to put everything down on paper. But I'm glad to see other shops are starting to work on these! I know with their resources making these turn key can really be possible and the goal to get angel eyes on every f30 is near!

Installed them today,

some pics:

Im thrilled about them, they really look quite OEM

I do have an issue with them though, is anyone else having issues with auto levelling? I've got an error on the dash saying auto levelling failed and it may cause dazzling?

Also, I havent coded yet, but I havent got issues with LED yet, it seems to work plug and play?

Thanks again everyone

I thought only OEM Bi-xenon headlights came with AUTO leveling.

I re-seal the headlights with butyl that I get from retrofit source LINK I used this on mine and Charlie's lights. I've washed my car multiple times and it's rained (only once in CA ) since I installed it and there is no fogging. The headlight's actually have two vents that open to the bottom of the housing. Probably to prevent fogging inside I would assume. But if you look closely on the edges, you should see the black butyl contacting beneath the lens and in the channel.

I'm really glad you liked them and got it installed!!!

Like Blown_by_twins mentioned, I thought that halogens don't have the auto leveling. I definitely didn't have any auto leveling errors and I don't think Charlie did either. The only errors I got were the DRL/Parking. Maybe you can code off the auto leveling? I'll try to search for auto-leveling codes and see what it could be. Did you end up installing it yourself?

By the way, your car is effin sexy brutha. I'm currently getting my m sport bumper painted and going for this look too!

Daym bro I got Alpine White F30 as well... i hope mine ends up looking as primo as yours. Well done sir!

+1 on the auto-leveling issue - makes no sense auto-leveling would even come up for halogens. Have you VO coded your car in the past for other options and may have enabled some option related to xenons?

i guess i never heard of headlight vertical aim control before.. not with my halogens anyways.

You mean you can't use those manual adjustment knobs on the headlights? Or you mean something is obstructing their movement?

Make sure you have the plugs in right. Code them to stop hot cold checking and to LEDs. The only error I got was, DRL malfunction. After coding, I've been error free since. Maybe code your auto leveling nonaktiv too they look amazing! I want your front bumper now. Sounds like your car has some style of leveling. Here in the U.S. The halogens don't auto level.
