I like the design in most respects, but I think the location for the front hood line is terrible. It should be further forward, at the natural breakpoint between hood and front bumper.

The 18" are way too small, love the 19". Thinking about this combination M-Sport package, 19" and mineral grey... |

Love the Msport. I am a big fan of the interiors as well. Although, none of the wheel options (18s or 19s) are attractive to me. What this car needs, is low profile CSL style gunmetal 19s.
A couple of minor aesthetic gripes: - Can't they get rid of the parking brake and use that area for the cup holders. It looks like you have to reach out quite a bit to grab your hot coffee - BWM needs to update those exhaust tips, IMO, looks tame for a performance car |

Like the overall look of M - hood line is the worst part though. Is it just me or the wheel-fender gap looks larger than e90, can someone comment? Agree on the exhaust tips - they could have use some cleaner at least... nasty.

Those wheels are really ugly, look like 17's and hurt the overall look of the car. I'd except those on a 328 base but not the 335 m-sport. The prior 335 m-sport wheels looked great.

I think I just found my next car, minus the wheels and and a little less wheel gap. Other than that its perfection, much the same way I felt when when the E46 first came out. Now I just have to decide weather to go with a maul or auto w/ paddle shifters.

Just had a 5-series loaner and short of the steering, this was the biggest annoyance with the car. No clue why they would move them to the right...unless maybe they are trying to give the right hand drive people a break

it's pretty ugly....but i'm sure it will sell fine to the hum drum businesswoman 328 'non-enthusiast' crowd....just like all 325s and 328s have sold in the past. I was never really a fan of the E90/E92's styling----however the V8 sold me. On this generation, the styling is even worse, and there won't be a V8 M3....so there's no reason to even desire it IMO.

I hope the DSG is available in the sedan.
I really wanted a 335is sedan with DSG when I bought my 135i. That new steering wheel is ugly but that can be fixed easier than a transmission swap. |

While it may not be available at launch, it will certainly be available at some point, the z4 already offers it as did the e92s, just a matter of when.

So figure 3-4 years after launch. Did the sedan ever get "is" model or was it just the coupe? |

Don't get me wrong...i'm not saying they're bad cars. I'm just speaking in terms of the business model and buyer demographic that BMW is using and gearing these cars towards. |

If there was a 335is sedan I would own one right now! I'd even consider a M3 sedan if I didn't have to pay local economy price here in Germany. |

It will be interesting to see the F30 328i US sales breakdown by line. I will bet the sales leader will be Luxury (wood trim) with ZPP + xenons and that will be reflected in what dealers order for stock. I do not think Modern will do well here, but could be surprised. Will be interested to see how many Sport Lines are sold. The limitation to silver or black dash trim will be turn off to the "typical" buyer. |
