Nice.
I like the extension of Coral Red onto the lower dash. And I like the roofline of the 4 more than the 3's. But why is the base 428i $3,650 more than the base 328i? <confused> Am I looking at the wrong numbers, or does it have some standard equipment that's optional on the 3? |

full disclosure: I'm an M-Sport E92 owner.
I think the F32 m-sport looks better and I will be jealous when they hit the road, but I still see a lot of the E92 in this car. It's not as drastic as I thought it would be, but enough to make it look fresh. As for complaints...the vents look bad still and the M sport badge is horrid. The car profile just looks weird, but I was never a huge fan of that view of the E92 either. All that being said, I stand by my statement that I think the F30 M-Sport looks better...I'll have to reply back later with exactly the reasons why that is. Maybe just because the F30 looks familiar at this point. |

I like it...
The M badge on the fender would be gone in the first 5 minutes. F30 has no such exterior badge, this is just lame. The fender vent, no shared line-detailing to pull it together. Seems like a bit of an afterthought. The 19" wheels, look like the baby of the 400 and 403m, so not bad, just wish the rears were wider/more concave. I also noticed the HVAC surround is now the shiny piano black, I like that and it might be worth a retro-fit on the F30. Overall I think the proportions are nice and I prefer it to the E92 which to ME is looking a bit dated.

With the E46, I never liked the sedan, but loved the coupe. Coincidentally, I owned one (a 2001 325Ci) as well the E9X series, I prefer the coupe but the sedan looked very nice as well. For the new generation I have yet to see a 4-Series in person so can't make that call. Point being, sometimes the sedan really does look better than the coupe. |

The 4 series concept is what the actual M4 will morph into. This is the typical reaction to a new model release. Give it about 12-15 mths and the E92 will be deemed a classic relic. Trust me on this.

this design is better suited for the sedan...just looks like they lopped off 2 doors from the f30 and squished it in and down a bit. the e90 and 92 at lease looked different. this case it looks like the same car front and back but with 2 less doors

The back looks way too high, the tail lights look too big, the front looks like it's dropping, and the front bumper is way too busy. I like the interior though.

that narrower grille really make it much more aggressive
not feeling the m-sport back though, although it would be an easy fix with a new diffuser

I'ts funny how the one guy in the video exclaims how it is so different then the "saloon", sorry but not so much. The interior looks exactly the same wih the exception of the new colour lower dash. Outside is different in that it has 2 doors a shorter trunk line. If you have the 4 door, I don't think this is the trade it in now Must Have. Its nice but as a coupe lover and an owner of a 3, I don't feel like I'm missing out on that much. I find myself wanting the Idrive w/touch and new Nav more than I am attracted to the design.
If i had to choose right now between the 3 or 4 I would go with the 4 Sport, but not as a latteral move. Kevin |

it's a beautiful car, no doubt....and i'm sure the M4 will be stunning as well.
however, there are elements on the E92 that i think are far better than the F line. namely the multiple angled planes on the hood....there are simply too many on the 4 series couple's hood. reminds me of the ridges of a zeppelin. the E92 got it right in that department and it's visual elements like that that won't me feel shortchanged for standing my M3 next to the new M4. the M- sport line? if there was ever a product by BMW that's guilty of watering down the M brand, it's this. |

The rear window is WAY too stretched, it reminders me the latest Mercedes E-class Coupe. No longer a sport coupe in the spirit of the former 3 series, more a bloated luxury coupe. Too bad because I like the stance and the aggressiveness of the front.
But that rear window is HUGE

It does look like pepboys. Hate to say it. I bet the M4 will have it more integrated into the body work. |
