Without ATM, you cannot have 6AM ARTTI. You can try adding 6UH RTTI to FA and VO Coding NBT2, which is traffic information broadcast over the local FM radio stations (commonly called Traffic Message Channel in the US).

No. I would VO Code it for 6UH. For FDL Codes, I think it is:
