I am a French beginner, I have a 2018 F60 Countryman JCW (car code YV91). Could you please send me the links to download E-SYS, psdzdata-lite, and launcher ? Also F60 cheat sheets if you have any.

I have a problem with my head unit
Initially running on ID4 and upgraded to ID6 (not by me) but after a short maintenance by BMW, they returned it to me with a blue screen
In this situation I would like to try to resolve the problem. Can you share esys soft with me and I am open to any recommendations
