Just had my KW Street Comfort coilovers installs by the Stance Shop in Astoria yesterday. Keith definitely knows what he's doing and they were installing coilovers on different BMWs that day so I knew they were familiar with the cars and the install process. I just took my car for a long drive on the highway and I'm really impressed with the ride quality. I have an x drive and was coming from H&R sport springs which were very harsh and crashed over large bumps. The SC coilovers make it so small bumps/road imperfections are not felt at all and the car no longer crashes/bottoms out on larger bumps. Very happy I took the plunge and installed the coilovers. My car now has about a 1 inch or less wheel gap which looks great but it's not slammed or stanced like a Honda Civic. I also have has no scraping issues. Overall, very happy with the setup.

I'll take a picture of my car this weekend and post it up here to show the wheel gaps and how it looks. The car drives really great I'd say it's a little firmer than stock but not by much. I was coming from the xdrive suspension and wanted the car lowered while maintaining comfort. The KW Comfort setup is as close as you're going to get to comfort with a lowered car. Keith charged me $250 which I thought was very fair for the amount of work that went into the install. The dampers were set in the middle and was what he recommended. The height was adjusted to have less than a 1 inch gap on both the front and back wheels. Besides the price of the coilovers, there's no reason not to do this if you want your car lowered and want to maintain ride quality.
