December 2021 UPDATE Vehicle is FOR SALE. Please contact me if interested. Price reflects buyout on high mileage lease. If the car does not sell it will be returned to BMW in mid-January 2022. $43,000 including service & warranty Current mileage is 45,237, it will go up slightly, but I believe it will remain under 46,000 miles before lease return next month. Terms of the sale will involve some trust, I have done this in the past with my previous 3 vehicles I have sold. You will send Payoff to BMW Financial Services, once this is done the vehicle will be stored indoors and NO LONGER DRIVEN BMW FS will hold payment to confirm it clears BMW FS will issue the title to me You and I will connect to sign the title and/or ship the vehicle. I can assist with trailered vehicle transport if needed. My last buyer flew into Philadelphia and drove home to Seattle, instead of shipping the car. Once ownership is changed we can contact BMW North America for warranty and maintenance package transfers. The car was professionally washed and detailed this past weekend. The only "defect" is there are about 3-4 very slight dents in the roof from hail. They are so small that upon a BMW lease return inspection, it was confirmed these would NOT impact me for any additional wear & tear charges. I had them inspected by a dent removal company and they said these are easily repaired IF, and only IF I removed the carbon fiber vinyl wrap off the roof. They did not want to attempt to repair them with the vinyl still installed. There is a chance they can be repaired without damaging the vinyl, but I figured to let the new owner make that decision, since you may want to remove the vinyl all together. I can attempt to capture some photos, but like I said they are very small and will be hard to capture on film. Garage Kept Non Smoker COVID-19 Free! This car is under CPO Warranty until January 5th, 2025 with unlimited miles!! This warranty is longer than if you went to dealer today and bought a new car from them! The wheel was close to $3000 after adding in the air bag cover. Some spend that on wheels or exhaust or other things, I spent it on something you touch, feel and see ever time I drive the car.  |

The car will also include all of the OEM take off items including,
full uncut exhaust system white mirror caps USA spec side mirror glass sport line steering wheel and airbag sport line white side skirts carpeted floor mats Payoff continues to be reduced with each monthly payment that I make. |

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I am torn, I really like the car but I have my eye on trying find something different. Who knows what I will be thinking come January for the lease return, but I will keep you updated.
