Finally, here are some new settings in other factory menus. Unfortunately I changed the mode to bmw-nbt and now I cannot have the bmw-id6 menu. There is no such option!

The option to change the mode is still there, in a second page... they moved to another pages differently from previous versions...

There is a 3 radio button option. At first there was no radio option selected and I had id6. From the time I selected bmw-NBT I cannot deselect radio option to switch back to id6!

Sorry, I do not know how to do it. In any case, all settings from the provided file do not work even though it was included with the latest firmware version (PX3 20181128) provided by the reseller

How did you extracted the file from firmware?

I know, I have it the same, as everyone who installed this update. Just update factory settings with the factory.xml that contains a <UI>7</UI> line, and you will have ID6 set. The ID6 menu does not, of course, come back.

The xml you've sent contains a password field with value 1951. This means that this will change the factory access password to 1951 ?

Also, are we sure that we are not missing any new setting that appeared in 2018-11-28 update?

Here is what I have on software dated 2018-11-28. There are a lot of options including some strange JLR which came as a new one (and I have no idea what JLR stands for). This was done by using the firmware mentioned in the beginning of this chain.

Does anyone have problems with the bluetooth setting stuck saying initialising? Because of this, I am unable to pair my phone. I had the phone paired in one of the earlier firmwares until I removed the pairing and had not tried to re-pair again until recently. Now I am noticing bluetooth setting stuck on initialising. So I know the unit is capable of bluetooth pairing and the issue seems to be related to certain firmwares.

The iGO file you are looking for is IGO_World.rar. Its 65.5mb.
You will need to dig around a bit to find it the link to download it. Elsewhere on that forum are instructions on what you need to do to install it. You can also find the latest maps.

Connect the Yellow (video) cable from your camera to the Yellow cable from your Android unit that is labelled 'rear camera'. It will be something like the one in this picture....

Is your phone an Android? Have you tried setting the phone to Developer Options?

yes, you can change it arbitrarily.

It probably also depends on the MCU version (mcuupdate.bin). Mine are NBT_20180717 and CIC_20180824. Both units have BMW-NBT, Audi and BMW-EVO only ...

As a matter of fact, it is an Android phone (Oneplus 6T to be specific) and I already have developer options enabled.

I'm a bit confused tho. The initialising message implies a state in the Ugode HUD which prevents it from becoming ready. Not sure how an external phone would affect that state on the HUD.
