It’s a 19 plate S205, last of the proper ones, well nearly. facelift got the digital dash and all that.

The M5's drive more dynamically, and believe it or not might feel more lighter on its feet than yours, I always feel AMG's and they way they drive are like noisy dragsters and lack a bit of finesse and feel! Having said that, I think I'd prefer yours, if I had the choice, above all else, it just looks more special and they do sound good. |

Think I’m getting old. Fancy a bit more comfort, but would also nice to be able to put my foot down a little more often with the 4wd through the winter.

If you have a C63s already it would surely feel like a side-grade rather than an upgrade.
Personally I'd keep the C63s if I had one already, and it looks effing awesome. I bet it sounds amazing as well, and better than an M5 even after an exhausted upgrade.

Put it this way, this original post was mine where I bought an m5, sold it and bought an s5……a decision I regretted within a few months…! 😆
I’m happy to say I’m back in an m5 and very happy with the decision. Not driven an AMG but an m5 is on a different level most BMWs. Test drive one see what you think….it genuinely is fricking awesome….! |

Plenty of race tracks in UK to drive a nutter barge at 9/10ths.
The M5C is one of few 5up family cars that feels comfortable on public roads, does 30+mpg on long runs - so is a daily - and is awesome on track especially in the wet. Going sideways is hilarious rather than brown trousers Servicing costs are not too bad as well - my last was around £400 from an indy. M5C is also a customisers dream - I'm addicted! |

It's too big, it's too heavy, it's too fast, it's too expensive. This is what I keep telling myself, and yet I'm looking at them on autotrader every evening. A 18/19 plate one is a used bargain atm imo. I just can't stand the thought of getting back on the PCP treadmill, what with APR's being so high atm. But...yolo?

It’s such a dream to drive when you’re just chilled with the family in the back, but when you want to put your foot down, it’s ballistic, in a very good way. Life is short and I’m not stupid and live with my means, but if you can, I would definitely get one…..even if for only 12 months or so. |

Yeah, I need one before they're not around anymore.
I think I'll save a bit more of a deposit and get one next year. It's a scratch I have to itch!
