I had this on my 2015 435i 'Vert for 2 months and about 1500 miles. In perfect condition and standard color change from heat. It makes a NICE mean growl even with the mild MPerf exhaust! See youtube clip of the sound below. Very good torque/hp pickup, especially with JB4!

I got a CEL after about 2 weeks of driving. The JB4 would clear it and it would stay clear until hard driving again. It's a 200 Cell Cat from what Wagner says so it's almost enough to get by with no software, but let's face it...you don't get one of those and NOT drive hard, haha.

So, you'd need a JB4 or COBB to clear it.

Ugh. My state is strict on emissions and I'm not interested in this pulling my DP every time I need to go in for emissions.

I'm northern, in Crystal Lake/Algonquin. I've had my cars tested prior and it was just ODB. This is not me saying you will pass or fail, but just saying it seems it is just ODB here in IL. You need to ask someone smarter about if it will actually pass or not.
