And that is also the confirmation that it does not work on vehicles with 8HP45, because the 8HP45 never was installed in an Alpina.
Exactly these experiences were reported in other forums too.
You can flash the Alpina software, but the car drives very badly.

There are only a few specialists who can customize the Alpina software for the 8HP45.
My thoughts now is flashing the Alpina SW first, then switch back to original FA files and do the update again, and edit SVT for only the SW ID 1367.... to match the update version, and make it think it doesn't need to update only that SW. Then flash it.

I've updated the EGS(not using Alpina) on a 2014 320i, and it feels a lot better

Go ahead and flash it!

Nice!!

More updates,

I've tried to flash the Alpina EGS on a 2014 F15 X5 35i. I've tried several Type for it KS41, KS43, KR01, KR03, KS61, and even the X3 ones with production date 0414, and 0316. All will show errors when calculating FP. With 0414, is shows that 0414, and 920, 9XA are all errors. With 0616, only 920 and 9XA are errors.

I guess we can't flash it on the F15 X5s

I do feel the car is not that slightly “agressive” anymore.

Which doesn’t matter though!
