I stay away from BMW of San Diego...Best experience I had is with Brian at BMW of Vista. Also SD garage in Escondido uses him as their go to guy.

I believe there is another guy down in El cajon, not sure if he's still there. I believe his name was Nick.

Another vouch for Brian at Vista. Braie (Vista) is also great to work with.

BMW Vista? Really?

Back in the day they were the best. But around 2015 they switched Service Managers. Their best service writers left with the manager and that place turned into a boiler room.

They actually tried to rip me off and tried charging me $3,000.00 for a $100 repair, but I caught them red handed and documented the process:

F--- BMW Vista.

BMW San Diego cannot possibly be worse then BMW Vista and they are much closer to me.

Additionally, my car is a lease and is under factory warranty so the dealer has less options to screw you over.

I'm going to give BMW San Diego a try as long as someone can recommend someone there that is not a 5 star criminal.

I’ve taken my car to bmw San Diego for the past 3 years and they have down a lot of work for me under cpo warranty, Gary is my advisor, my cpo ends 11/30 so I took it in yesterday to have a full check up and I suspected issues after a mountain drive and they are replacing turbo coolant line, valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket

How long ago and who did you work with?

Brian is hands down one of the best guys to work with especially if you are an enthusiast!

It may be time to try again since the ownership of the dealership changed as well. Owned by AutoNation now I believe.

EDIT: I noticed in your video the dealer is owned by Mossy and you were working with one of the worst advisor possible. Highly recommend you try again.

Yeah, Bill is a gigantic piece of shit.

I didn't know that the dealer changed ownership. About damn time. I may give them another shot.

Natasha used to hook me up, but last I heard she was working for Mercedes of El Cajon.
