Did they say/or can you tell if the squeak was coming from the A/C belt slippage or the A/C unit internals?
I doubt the whole car would struggle unless high loads were placed upon it via the A/C belt.. perhaps the A/C unit itself was struggling causing high resistance high load on the belts causing eventual slippage.. keep us informed thanks.

All i could tell is that the squeak is coming from the driver's side and i'm sure of that 100%.

When they replaced the tensioner and belt, they started with that because they didn't know what to start with. After i got my car back, I tried reproducing the noise with the A/C on and off and i wasn't able to. 2 weeks after i got my car back, the noise happened again.

This morning, cold start, floored my car with a/c off, no noise. Turned on the a/c, floored the car, squeak happened at first shift. Turned it back off, floored it, no noise, etc... once engine is warmed up the squeak doesn't happen again and that's what makes it hard to figure out. the timeframe is short to diagnose the origin of the noise. But it definitely only happens when the A/C is on.

My 340i AT doesn't do this.

BTW do you guys who have this squeal get this in conjunction as well?:
'stumble' or rough idle after initial start once the RPMs go below 1000 and how the engine acts like its a cold startup everytime the car is started, regardless of how warm the engine is

Also usually when the transmission squeaks like that the fluid is low or needs changing.. but these are almost new cars we're talkin about

BTW.. the M3 guys had an issue similar to this and the solution:
Dealer changed all belts and tensioners in the engine and the noise went away

Hopefully its just that.. let us knoww hat yer dealer eventually does

I stopped by a dealer today and spoke with the service manager. He said BMW was aware of the issue and was looking into it, but to date no one is sure what is causing the sound. He also mentioned that every one of their 340i demo/loaner's was making the sound. Said if a TSB was released they would call.

Does your car do it with the A/C on or off?

What was the build date of your vehicle?

Good luck. Hope the dealer will find the root cause.

I can`t really say. My car does it so rarely (maybe once a month) that I haven`t been able to narrow it down.
