Diff Oil
Hi
Has anyone in here had problems with their diff oil becoming too hot/thin resulting in damage or excessive wear on the diff? My friend has damaged his Quaife, which is not even clutch based, running OEM BMW 75w90. I am running Motul 300 75w90 and track my car much less - but I do start to worry a bit.

Running ~420hp on his Z4 N54 so not a massive power increase.

The type of oil used in the rear differential isn't going to compensate for operating that much out of the stock parameters. |
