N26 AA Axleback Exhaust with Resonator Delete?

I have an active autowerke exhaust and I'm thinking about doing a resonator delete. How much louder can I expect it to be? Would it be worth? In california sadly so I'm still trying to pass smog otherwise id just get a catless dp

I would delete the secondary cat before deleting the resonator, but california might get upset. Being as youre n26, and you have the 2nd cat, I doubt a resonator delete would drone that bad either way...

Intersted to hear whatever setup you end up with. Im also N26 with a recently installed AA exhaust. It sounds way better than stock, but still on the quiet side.

Just got the resonator delete today and I love it. The sounds revving in park don't sound too much louder but where it shines is when you're driving. Driving with the windows down you can really hear it now. Before I'd get too much wind noise but now you can really hear the note. The little burbles hear and there are also nicer now imo this is how the aa exhaust should've sounded in the first place!

Sweet! Any chance you can provide a sound clip? How difficult was the resonator delete?

I have an N26 with MPE exhaust and AWE midpipe which deletes the second cat and resonator. It doesn't drone at all. I really like how it sounds. The nice thing is I can just swap back the midpipe when/if
needed for smog.

Correction, the AWE does have a resonator.

You are correct. My apologies. It has their own resonator instead of the stock one.

Could you post the sound clip or send to me? I have an n26 with the AA 335i exhaust and might delete my resonator next week
