Sports Package Question 320 xDrive

I prefer to have the bottom of my seats be tilt adjustable, and I don't know if only the powered ones can do that.

So are the sport seats in the Sports Package "powered" or not? Or do I have to separately purchase the Powered Front Seats option for $995? I'm strictly talking about the 320 xDrive in the USA.

Power seats are not standard on any U.S. 320i.

That's not exactly what was asked. But thanks anyways, I found my answer buried deep in some corner of BMW's website.

Next related question...

Do the manual sport seats (part of the Sports Package for the 320 xDrive) have their bottoms tilt-able? Meaning the tilt of the bottom seat can be adjusted. I've never seen that done on manual seat adjustments. I've only seen it on powered seats.

No it just raises or lowers as a whole on manual seats

The electrically adjustable seats (standard on 335i) allow adjustment of backward/forward, up/down (which moves in more of an arc), tilt (both bottom and backrest together) and incline (backrest only).

Sorry, this is incorrect.

Yes, the seat cushion tilts on manual seats. At the moment I can't recall if the fore and aft tilt independently as they do on the powered seat, but the cushion does tilt.

This is incorrect. The powered seat cushion tilts fore and aft completely independently of the backrest.

The powered seat cushion does tilt independently of the backrest, but the fore and aft portion of the seat bottom do not tilt independently of one another.

In my C-class, I was able to tilt the back of the seat bottom down and then tilt the front of the seat bottom up. In my 320 w/ sport package you can only raise and lower both together.

Then you're not doing it right. The fore and aft of the power seat cushion does tilt independently. I've owned three 3ers and I have checked this many, many times on many, many BMWs (including the F3x) when comparing them to their competition.

See the picture below. This is what prompted me to ask about the seats for the 320 (USA). My mind went crazy trying to figure out the 6-8-10 degrees of freedom...
