ONE DAY until my 435 is delivered!

Oh my god I can't waaaait!

I don't know what you guys did when you ordered your cars to calm yourselves down, but the last two months have been absolute torture! I want my car now! It's about 25 hours to go right now.

I'm almost waiting for something to go wrong so it's going to be another two months or something.

It was just about impossible to find an xDrive M-Sport 435 w/ a Manual trans. So I ordered one and I've been pulsating with energy since then. Now, the wait is almost over. The car's on the ground and it's being prepped! I can't wait!

Congrats on your purchase. I also bought mine at Knauz, though have had better service at Patrick's or Field's than at Knauz. Something to keep in mind even though Knauz is supposedly rated one of the top 25 dealerships in the country.

About the front plate.... Hells no! I'll pay the ticket. None of my cars have them and I figure if the police officer wants to get me for that, then they probably were going to stop me for anything.

The wait, having now been through it, is downright impossible to get through if you think about it in its entirety. One day at a time, my friend. I shudder thinking about it. I spent a lot of time on the BMW configurator rebuilding my exact car to look at it. This, however, can be dangerous as you can accidentally hit the wrong option and think, "Hmmmm... Maybe I should've got that instead."

I will post some exterior pics as soon as I wash it. You guys didn't see it, but it SNOWED for the first time in weeks the day I picked up my car. But that sure as hell wasn't going to stop me from picking it up. As soon as I wash it and it's a sunny day, I'll post some pics.

Also, thanks to another poster on their advice about Knauz. I'll take my car to Patrick for service. Given that they *might* be long lost family of mine from Ireland four generations removed or something.

And yes, SAVE THE MANUALS! All of my cars are manuals. The only one in our house that isn't a stick is my wife's Range Rover Sport.
