F30 front end "clunk" over sharp bumps

I recently bought a 2014 335i Xdrive with 50k miles (US build). It has KW v2 coilovers and was lowered 1.5-2 inches. Shortly after bringing it home, I raised it about a 1/2 inch all the way around. There is a "clunk" coming from the front end when going over sharp bumps (seems to be on the right side more than the left). It's very apparent at low speeds, but still an issue when hitting sharp bumps at high speed. I've already replaced the front top strut mounts and steering rack thrust piece. Those repairs fixed some other "rattles", but didn't fix the major "clunk". Now I'm at a loss as to what it may be. Where should I look next? Thanks in advance.

following this one.

I have the same issue after installing ST XA coilovers. The clunking noise started around 3k miles after install.

Has anyone contacted ST to ask? They may know if it’s a common issue. It could be a common installation mistake.

My mechanic found a rear clunk by putting the car on a lift and using a pry bar. He pushed and pulled every connection until he found that the clunk was caused by the bib bolt holding the bottom of the rear shock. It hadn’t been tightened enough. Torqued it down and clunk went away.

If a mechanic just visually looked, he’s unlikely to find a clunk. Really got to get your hands on it with some force.

Check that the spring perch location is in the range specified by KW. If you've raised it too high, maybe the spring coils are contacting each other.
