I am stumped. I can not for the life of me get the lci inners to line up.

The holes just don't align. I push in the left hand side then push the light down and it just won't go into place. The pre lci lights go back in perfectly fine.

These are the part numbers on the inners. Yes I know I have 2 left hand sides (addressing that with seller) but neither slide in to fit. Are they correct?

The outers have bmw inside the light so they must be genuine, right?

Any suggestions?

It's more than likely the pin you see on rear of housing that is supposed to engage in the rectangular hole in trunk lid not aligning perfectly.

When I purchased my M4 Shadowline LCI Tails to retrofit on to my 435 those pins were pre-cut off & the housings installed with no problems

Someone suggested to cut it. I got it in in the end. The rectangle tab had a little lip on it where I kept trying to force it in. I trimmed the lip and trimmed a slight angle to assist sliding in place and it clicked in perfect.
