Did you guys notice the rear diffuser facelift on the 4 series?

Everyone in the 4 series world trying to modernize their older 4 series by getting the 6wb digital cluster, the new LCI headlights, the new LCI tail lights.

But I just noticed on the 2019 m-performance 4 series, the rear diffuser isn’t the same as the older 2019 m-performance diffuser. Here’s the comparison:

OLD DIFFUSER:

NEW DIFFUSER:

Subtle but I like it. Less aggressive and tacky, more intuned with the design lines of the 4 series

What do you guys think

almost looks photoshopped. this is good news, because i disliked the current rear diffuser! good catch if this is legit!

Look closer at the fins on the lower valance and where it meets the bumper on the left and right sides

Old one has three fins the new one has two

The new Diffusor is not the M Performance Diffusor. Instead it is the new regular Diffusor for vehicles with M Sport Package. I have to admit, it looks better bow than the boring old one.

still a fan of my smooth msport diffuser. the mperformance one is nice but the new one looks like an awkward blend of the two. not a fan.

Looks much better. More integrated, that awkward box around the “diffuser” fins was never a great look.
