Are there any SoCal Meetups?

Just curious.. F30 community seems dead compared to the E90 community in SoCal.. Not that I ever went to any of them, but .. meh.. This is the right section for them, right?!

If you see the other thread there is a 626 Bi-Weekly meet. Not sure if that works for you. I've never been but I plan on going to the next one.

+ 1 for the Bi-weekly 626 Meet.

You'll also see some other Euro meets pop up. Just have to keep an eye open (FB groups, social media, forums, etc)

I really wish there were some west side (SM/Venice/Westwood/etc) meetups. There are a million F30s out here, but clearly, few, if any are enthusiasts as evidenced by the typical no-line base models that make up 80% of what I see.

Any ever happen around in Orange County? I suppose the 626 events aren't too much more of a drive to go to.

If you guys follow Legendsformandfunction on Instagram they have meets often in OC and know of other big meets. Bunch of BMWs there

Irvine apparently has something called Euro Wednesdays.

Agreed on the westside needing one. I see more than a handful of slightly modified F30s around me.

Where are you located Westsider45?

San Pedro. Have family near LMU, though, so i am often in the LAX/Westchester area on weekends

Nice. We may have crossed paths then. I'm in Playa Vista. Of course, there are literally a million F30s in the area now. Mine only stands out because of the carbon fiber splitters on the front.

I was tooling around in a black 228 for most of the past year, but just sold it and got into a 320i last month.

It may be a bit visually unique [have to look closely, though,] in that it has a combination of 398 wheels, Alpine White, blacked-out grille, and decklid spoiler.

Haven't really had the chance to mod it yet, other than a trunk-mounted spare so that I can ditch the run-flats next week!

I'll have to keep a very sharp eye. No joke, in my condo garage alone, there are EIGHT alpine white F30s.
