Hi everybody,
I haven't been a part of the F30 family for very long, and have really enjoyed the car - however a few other projects are starting to pile up and need attention so I will likely list this for sale in June.

I'm the 3rd owner, and purchased in late Jan this year.
2nd owner was took great care of the car and had it for 5 years - always maintained.

Since owning I've done the following:
Valve cleaning
Oil filter housing and cooler housing gaskets
Intake manifold gaskets
H&R sports
Apex wheels
Front lip
Turner HFC

I never planned to do much in terms of performance mods, mostly cosmetic.

The car is incredibly clean inside and out and is flat out gorgeous with the EBII. Turns heads....I'll miss that!

Fully loaded with navigation and everything works as intended.

Likely to have 101K when listed.

I've owned some E46s prior to the F30, and may step back into one if I need some cheap thrills.

Thoughts on market value?
