Am I missing something? The website says they're for cars without OPF

Right...you wouldn't happen to have any news on the release of an exhaust compatible with OPF, would you?

AC Schnitzer, Akrapovic and Supersprint are still working on solutions for the 40i engines. Akrapovic have just started taking orders for M2C systems, which have OPF, but the M2C is a S55 engine and doesn't have any pressure sensors connected to the OPF as far as we can see. The warning light does not come on with this car even when the OPF is deleted. I may be wrong but I believe the 40i engines with OPF have pressure sensors around the filter and may need a remap or Delete-R device to put the light out when an exhaust is fitted. Akrapovic are saying April to May 2019 for 40i systems. Most likely the silencer will be homologated and the link pipe won't be.

I've seen on his Instagram page he's done an M4 and an M140i and I have to say the M140i does sound really good. He mentioned it's a resonator mod and a backbox mod. What he does to them I have no idea but apparently it's not visible on the exhaust.

At under £300 I'll be very interested in getting him booked in once I've got my next car.
I had Paul from PCW modify my PPF 440i. I've had zero issues and love the sound compared to stock. Much louder on start up and lovely tone through the revs - screams when the flap opens. Not as loud as MPPSK - with the PPF filter that will never be possible. See link below
